p0306 refers to cylinder 6 misfire detected===causes engine mechanical fault--wiring---ignition/fuel system--injector ---ECT/MAF sensor---ECM
IF there was a mechanical fault (hydraulic follower ) or valve it would be there most of the time and not just on start up. Possible injector fault but I would be inclined to check out the MAF sensor codes p0351 &2 refer to ignition coil A and ignition coil B primary /secondary--circuit malfunction === causes --wiring--ignition coil--ECM ( all causes for the both)
going on this check out the coils and check that the wiring and connections are clean and tight. basically I would be inclined to change out the coils and check /replace the MAF sensor.

Switching coils is not the way to resolve that issue At home,no experience,no test equipment, all you can do is walk a new coil, one cylinder at a time & drive at least 20 miles in hot weather if possible You don't have the ability to check fuel trim or an easy way to check for vacuum leaks. You also can't check cylinder contribution for mechanical problems,that should happen first Walk a new coil,putting back the old one as you go The codes are not always correct or you get many that make no sense. If one coil is bad & 7 years old the others are not far from acting up also Those coils do many different acts on different engines No PO300 will tell you if you have a bad coil or what one I have seen professional scan tool software not work, & your back to the coil walking
Codes say Cylinder 4, 5 & 6 are not firing. This could be a spark issue or a fuel issue or a mechanical engine failure. Is compression zero? Did they use a compression tester?
