Question about 1996 Ford Explorer
Your owners manual will have all the info you need about the fuse panel. If you don't have that anymore. Look in a Chilton manual on your car. It will also have a guide on the fuse panel. If you don't have that, get out your multi-meter. Use the Ohms setting, and check the back of the fuses tagging the metal exposed. it will register if a fuse is blown.
