This problem usually relates to the blower motor resistor. you will find it on passenger side of vehicle below glove box. depending on style you may need to remove a hush panel to gain access to it it will have a 5 wire plug and two wires going to blower motor. check the plug and make sure it is not melted or corroded in any way if so replace it as well

4 month old post, but added info. Common problem is also the wire harness to the blower. Wiggle it around. If your fan comes on, change the wire harness. Personnal experience on my truck.

Blower fan not working

The resistor bank is bad for slow speeds, the switch is bad for high speed. In your test, you have voltage, but the switch wont carry the amps, to run high speed. Open circuits will not blow fuses. Replace both switch and resistor bank for all speeds. Make sure to clean leaves and trash from fan housing and see if fan spins freely.

A/c blower stop working all speeds, check have power, ground out speed sensor and fan comes on, replaced speed sensor, now fan just works on high when wiggling fan switch, I replaced fan switch, now...

Depending on the year and model, you should have a resistor that controls fan speed. Not sure what a speed sensor is.
On most import cars, the speed is controlled by the ground circuit. If you have power and the fan will run if you ground it, check the fan switch again and the resistor. Then look at the ground for the switch.

Fan only works high speed. For AC compressor runs but no fan other than when switched to high speed at which time the fan runs at high speed but AC switches off.

I have a 2004 Pacifica and the blower motor runs on high all the time, can't get it to work on slower speeds

The high blower works off a relay in the high speed only so the fan switch is at fault on your vehicle
Replace the fan blower control speed switch which is the one you adjust the lower fan speeds

The blower motor resistor pack is defective and must be replaced. The resistor pack controls the variable speeds.

The only speed on my heat/air fan the will work is high. All other speed quite at the same time. Would this be the fan motor or could it be a fuse?

It is most likely the fan switch, all the low speed work through a resistance, the full speed does not, there is only one fuse for the fan so if it works on high its ok and you say the fan works on high so the fan itself is ok

the switch is on the dash with the other a/c controls. does the fan work at all? high speed OK? but the lower speeds dont work? if any speeds other than high dont work, replace the blower resistor.

Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.
