It can be faulty radio amp or radio control fuse is blown out.Check voltage at radio wires.You should get 12 volts.

To reprogram the radio there is 4 digit code.That code has to be inserted, once these code is inserted,your car radio will get into ins actual setting where you can set/select your radio setting.
Many a times radio asks for the code after car battery is disconnected.
