There's an easier way. Open the hood of your car, and standing in front of the car, look to the right side of it. there should be 2 hoses going to a black box. Those 2 hoses are the feed and return for the heater core. the blower is in front of that. Its in the box. If you still can't find it. Look up the Chilton repair manual on-line for your car. It will have detailed pictures for you on how to replace it.

Location for blower motor/heater/fan fuse?

Before you rip, check the 30A HEATER CIRCUIT BREAKER in the instrument panel fuse panel. The input is hot with the engine running. CB output connects directly to the heater blower motor. A cluster of heater blower motor resistors determines blower speed as selected by the blower switch in the heater control assembly. The switch setting is sent to the powertrain control module (PCM) which acts to turn the blower motor on at the selected speed.

I don't know where the heater-ac blower is located or how to get to it. The car is a 2000 L series saturn.

The blower motor is located under the panel directly ion front of the windshield, the wiper arms and then the nylon nuts on the post must be removed to access the blower, here is a picture of the blower motor in the car with the panel taken off. Move the picture to your picture files and enlarge it, I apologize for the size but it was all that was available.

Need to get to the heater blower behind the

Remove the screws on the glove box, then on the side of the dashboard you will see two caps. Remove the caps and you will see two nuts that you have to remove. once you have removed the bolts, you can remove the straps on the blower and evaporator. once you remove the straps have some one help you lift the end of the dashboard up carefully to give you room to remove the blower. and disconnect the connectors. You will have to play a little bit to remove because of the tight space.

Good Luck

1995 Ford Explorer heater/ac not working -

that cliking you hear is most likely the heater relay. but i don't think thats it, i would be checking to see if there is a resister, for the blower motor, it should be someware around the blower motor along with the relay in the same place. it will be on the heater box held in with a couple of screws, and a plug going to it with 4 or 5 wires.when they go bad, blower may only work on one or two speeds or not at all.

Air stopped blowing on ac/heater

Check your fuses. If you have a test light, unplug the blower motor, start the car, turn the fan on, if you have power to the blower plug, the blower motor is bad. If no power, if it's not a fuse, check the blower motor resistor. Should be mounted right next to the blower motor. It is inserted into the evaporator box
