Hi... same problem here with my CX-7. In the cold weather they would extend out of the bumper on their own and eventually go back in, but now they won't extend at all. I've checked the fuse as you have and it is OK. I have also 'double flicked' the wiper control to clear any air in the pipes as it says in the manual but they still don't work. Booked it in at the dealership to see if they can fix it

I have a 2007 Mazda CX7, Yesterday I got in my car to go to work & the check engine light came on. Now the car is just chugging along.

It could be a multitude of problems. You can probably try spark plugs and air filter (probably wouldn't hurt if you haven't changed them for a while), but you may still need to take it for service. Sometimes you can take it to an auto parts store (NAPA, O'Reilly, etc) or auto service center and they will check it with their computer.

Headlight low beams (both sides) suddenly stopped working. High beams and all other lights fine, fuses fine. 12v present at low beam fuse when switched on.

How do two bulbs burn out at the same time? - makes no sense! If sure that the fuse is definitely good, then check out the power switch and/or relay that feeds the low beams - it could be bogus.

Why would both low beams stop working at exactly the same time? I've checked the fuses and the relay and they're all fine. What else would you suggest?

It could be a problem with your dip switch or connection thereto, but as these are fairly robust. I'd buy a replacement bulb and try that first as the easier option, always good to keep a spare anyway, its not beyond the realms of possibility that both dip beams failed at more or less the same time.

Hi I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute, recently the rear lights and dash board lights have stopped working. the front lights are still working. I Have checked all the fuses I can find and all ok. Can you help...

Double check fuses - replace tail light fuse even if it looks good. If that doesn't fix it, then you have bad headlamp switch (headlamp switch also feeds tail & dash lights)

How do I change the bulb in the low beam headlight in my 2007 Mazda CX7?

Removing the bulb in a CX7 is a real PITA. If replacing the right bulb, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, or do the opposite for the left side. (or you can opt to remove the entire wheel on the corresponding side) You'll need to remove 3-4 of the fender well clips with a phillips screwdriver being careful not to break them. Once the screws are removed, pry back the wheel well cover to access the back of the headlamp to change the bulb.
