Question about 1999 Ford Explorer
Hi, are you trying to jump from another car or just a battery? Sounds like you are not getting enough juice. Recommend you jump from a car that is running. After getting it started, remove the jumpers and check your voltage at the battery. If it's less than 14 volts, take the alternator off and have it tested. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for using FixYa.
