Question about 1998 Dodge Caravan
My parents encountered & lived with a similar problem for aqcouple of yrs (i.e. strapping a charger to the battery every night replacing several batteries) finally the cause came to light.. it was the alternator.... though it tested fine. it had an issue with discharging the battery even though it would run the car all day & it had done this 2 -3 months after they replaced it so ofcourse they never thought it was the issue.. one of the electronic parts in it was defective & finally gave up.. They have replaced the alternator and havn't had an issue since. Hope that helps. It's my best guess

not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
