the a arms need to be removed, and the bushings pressed in and out , then you will need to reinstall them and the truck will need a front end alignment. You really need a qualified person to do this.

I was told by the dealer that upper control arm bushings are not replaceble. You have to bu the whole upper control arm ($350). Do you have a source for 2005 Dakota upper control arm bushings or are they selling you incompatible parts for a 2004 like most aftermarket supliers do?

I would say your brake work wasn't done correctly,wouldn't you
Did it pull with the old brakes? Doubt it
Control Arm Bushings -- I would resolve the brake issues
first & need a really good reason to do the control arm bushings
