Question about Nissan Sentra

Hi. My car is a Nissan B15 and has got major acceleration problems,the car does not seem to pick up speed beyond 40kph...what could be the problem?

Eliminate the obvious first. Change the air filter, then the gas filter. Have the cat. converter checked.

My nissan sentra 2003 is having problem, mechanic says b15 trackle body which is associated wit gas paddle has gone bad. can u assist. because even if i press down the gas paddle, car doesnt drive more...

Replace just the TPS Sensor (throttle position),
not the entire throttle body, as you may have been told

My car does not pick speed.

Try changing the spark plugs and spark plug wires and change the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed in a while.

hav u had tuneup n chec fuel injec-thats basic--now u probly shud perform a code scan 1st just to confirm the 02s-ther both found at each muffler manifold-they look like spark plugs n may be difficult to remove

Sounds like you have more power in the upper RPM's. Alot of cars feel the power band with-in 4K-5K RPM.
