1.)heated seat is usually the heating elements under the seat cover.
2.)shifting is likely a pc solenoid and valve body.CODE associated with this is a p1811.If your vehicle has high miles or there is alot of debris in the pan of the trans, then I would suggest a reman trans.

2004 impala ls driver side heated seat repair problem. Passer side work. Could it b a fuse

yes, the heating element itself. you can try to get online and se if you can find the impedance spec and get a multimeter, and at the end of the harness, probe the terminals to get the impedance. if its out of spec, you will hav to get the element replaced. unless you are experienced, dont try it yourself. its a hard job!

2006 chevy 1500 express transmission

Sometimes the transmission sets a "hard code" that causes a hard shift from 1-2. Stop by an Auto Parts store that has an OBD scanner and reset any codes. If that doesn't work, change the tranny fluid and filter and try SeaFoam additive.
Good Luck.

My driver side heated seat has quit working. But passanger side still works. Is there a fuse i can check for this. Thanks 2001 chevy impala

more than likely it is the heating element in the seat that went bad. if there is a light on the switch it should be getting power and the heating elements under the seat coushin do go bad. it is not an uncommon thing.

2003 Chevy Impala transmission

Did you have it serviced or rebuilt, If you had it rebuilt I would take it back to the trans shop for warranty repairs.
If they just changed the trans filter I don't think it would cause your problem. You just have bad luck with the slipping trans

I have 2003 chevy impala the transmission starts shifting hard after the car is up to operating temp.sometimes you can turn it off and start it again and it will stop that for a little while.

Have the vehicle scanned. If you have a code in the computer for maximum adapt/ long shift, replace the EPC pressure control solenoid. This a real common problem on the 4t65e transmission.
