Hi, I assume you're talking driver's window. If not, please get back to me.
pull up your switch, take connector off and hotwire the connector.
motor wires are yellow and white/black stripe.
power is yellow/light green stripe

so connect the yellow to yellow/light green and white/black stripe to ground, key on. this might be up or down--not sure.

if it is down, then connect white/black stripe to yellow/light green stripe and yellow to chassis ground, key on--should go up.

Let me know if you have questions and thanks for using FixYa.

How do i fix my window on a 05 envoy? it does not go up or down.Have power to locks and mirror. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

The circuit breaker for the windows may be open, the window switches may be bad, the body control module may be bad, the motor may be bound up and the regulator may need to be lubricated

My driverside window goes down and wont go up

If you never have worked on a car or inside a door,
then a repair shop

I would say if it goes down, it works, at least the motor
That leaves a failed switch in the up position or broken
window regulator

My back window wont roll back up. They are automatic and the other three still work fine.

It could be a faulty switch if not the window regulator or motor need to be replaced.

Ford f150 2004 window wont roll down from passengers switchs only from the drivers switch

Make sure the lockout for the windows is not killing the power to the passengers switch. It is a safety device to keep the fingers on your small passengers. The lockout is on the master control on the drivers control.
If that does not solve it, the passenger doors window switch is bad.
I like recommending Salvage yards because you can see how the parts come off the other vehicle. A glass shop is next if you want a quick job.

Back door wont open and window wont go down

The rear window has to be completely down in order to move the tailgate! You should be happy that your window is stuck up, unlike mine which is stuck all the way down! I have to completly take apart my tailgate!! If you want to try a trick to get the rear window down, my bronco has a rear window switch right next to the headlight knob, take the 2 purple wires on that window switch, and cross them, if your motor still works and if the wires are good, that should make the window go down!!! good luck, hope that helps!
