Question about 2005 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
Easiest way is to remove the fan shroud, but not necessary, can be done by loosening the shroud. Just be careful not to mess up the fins on the radiator, because it's a tight fit. Also, easier if you borry a fan clutch removal tool kit from say...Autozone, you can borrow these tools for free, and it will save your knuckles and a lot of frustration. Don't forget to disconnect the wiring that is attached to the shroud, this is connected to the clutch itself.
