Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Check for blown fuse, under the dash, drvers side and also under hood in square black box. usually on the drivers side fender well. when you remove the main fuse box cover,turn lid over for location of the heater blower motor. it may say heat, or maybe a/c blower, or just a/c check those fuses for a blown fuse. also check connections under the hood on passenger side,you'll see a round black container on the dash panel under the hood next to the windsheild,check plug in to insure that it's plugged in properly. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya,com if this does not help, please repost your question to fixya.com

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR
faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is
controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not
working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.
can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower
motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.
