Sounds like a major electrical malfunction. you have no choice except to take it to a pro. simple electrical problems are hard enough to find, and this, well this sounds like a major problem.
you may want to disconnect the battery as electrical problems of this type can cause fires. if not then dont park it inside anything or near anything.
