The starter relay is called a solenoid. On older cars the solenoid was attatched to the wheelwell or firewall inside the engine compartment.
On newer cars the solenoid is part of the starter motor.
With a 94 Suburban it is more than likely part of the starter motor and the whole starter motor/solenoid assembly will have to be replaced if the solenoid is faulty.

2001 chevrolet suburban compressor dosent come on. No ground signal on a/c relay 85

The compressor clutch relay is grounded by the PCM.
The computer gets signals from the high and low pressure switches along with input from the main control on the dash.
You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures to find the problem.

How do I check if starter is bad on 1994 suburban

If you are sure that your battery is good and the wires to your starter are fastened tightly and your starter is properly grounded and the starter doesnt work, pull it out and take it to an auto parts store to have it checked. Most will do it for free.

Where's my starter?

ah, passanger side, bolted to the motor from underneath, has two bolts holding starter in, flywheel cover over part of the starter and held in with 6 or 8 bolts. it's against the motor behind the exhaust manifold/lead down pipe.
