Not specified. Run the bolt in by hand far as you can. Then use a ratchet or box end wrench and give no more pressure than it would take to lift a watermelon. A torque wrench is too long and would likely provide too much force.

How many fluid drain plugs on hyundai elentra 1998? 1 for oil 1 for trany and 1 more

You should have a drain plug on the Oil Pan for oil, the tranny requires you to pull the pan to drain the fluid, on on the radiator in order to flush the radiator and one on the rear end in order to check the rear end gear oil level. That is all.

How do you change the transmission fluid in a 2006 Hyundai Elantra? What kind of transmission fluid and how many quarts?

A Service Department as a Hyundai Service Department typically uses a "Fluid Exchange" machine (approx. 7 quarts of Hyundai SPIII fluid) to do a flush. There is a drain plug at the bottom of the transmission (24 mm bolt) to drain it. However, this method is not entirely/completely effective. This drain plug only empties the pan, not the torque converter -- so you're only replacing about 3 to 4 quarts with this method (torque converter does not drain). So, once you've replaced the 3 to 4 quarts this way, there's still contaminated fluid in the torque converter which will circulate back into the rest of the transmission. RECOMMENDATION: Have a certified technician do a flush (fluid exchange).

Where is the oil drain plug on a 2007 Hyundai Elantra?

If you look under your vehicle past the radiator you should see a pan like thing that has a bolt in the middle or side of it. It will only be one bolt and if you unscrew it there you will find oil.

Oil change procedure on a 2005 Hyundai elantra

it is very easy to change the oil put the car on ramps secure the back end look for the drain plug underneath the engine make sure you have the right size wrench and when you remove the plug also check the gasket on the plug to make sure it is not cracked you will also need an oil filter wrench and my other suggestion to you is to go to autozone to see if they have a Haynes repair manual for your car and if they don't see if they can order you one in the mean time they can also print you off a diagram of how to change the oil in you car safely
