Question about 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck
Yes, there is one under the hood on the heater box. It has a plug going directly into it (5/6 prongs I think). The plugs have a reputation for going bad as well as the resistor. For some reason they overheat and melt. You can unplug it and make a diagram of where the wires on the plug go, cut it off, and wire them individually. Or, you can locate a salvage yard that might still have one left. As well as the resistor. I hope I've helped. If so please rate my assistance and leave a testimonial.
