NOT LIKELY A FUSE. CHECK YOUR FUSES WITH A FUSE TESTER. IF THERE ARE O.K. IT IS PROBABLY THE IGNITION SWITCH. MOST VEHICLES THE IGNITION LOCK CYL. & THE ELECTRICAL IGNITION SWITCH ARE TWO SEPARATE PIECES. U ONLY NEED THE SWITCH, NOT THE LOCK
