Question about 2002 Honda Passport

1 Answer

I have a 2002 Honda Passport which is having check engine light and won't start sometimes. I went to autozone to have it checked and it has a P0101 code. I have replaced my gas cap already and it still would not stop the starting problem sometimes and even when I am in the traffic light sometimes it would just stall.

Hi P0101 is the MAF sensor, replace that or try cleaning it and your fault should go.

Check engine light came on when start up on my 2002 Honda Odysey what does this mean

The check engine light means that something is wrong under the hood. Simply get the codes read at Autozone, they will do it for free.

Won't start unless check engine light is on

I would suggest having someone check the circuits at the key switch.
The switch could be going bad.
The check engine and other warning lights must come on as a self-test when you turn the key on, then go off once the engine starts.
