The abs light is not part of the obd2 system. It can't be cleared. The problem must be corrected to turn ir off. Pulling the fuse will allow normal operation without abs capability and the light will remain on
You have a trouble code in the ABS. You need to have it scanned for codes or you can scan it yourself with the onboard diagnostics. You likely have a bad wheel speed sensor.
you may have a ABS problem. I would drive it and attemp to skid the tires an dsee if the pump activates. sometimes this will unstick any valves inside the ABS unit. you may need to have a qualified repair shop check deeper. the ABS will have a code, and a scanner will be needed to check further.
There is a factory set code that you will need the dealer to pull and call the radio companies help line to get the unlock code all the dealers in my area do this free for GM customers.
youre car needs to have an abs diagnostic work up done on it to get a trouble code and to go futher with a repair. on a cutlass the brakes will feel fine with the abs light on but they will not divert brake pressure in the event of a panic stop thus causing a wheel to skid.
good luck. chris
