A 25 amp fuse will work for your blower. Check the wire between the door and the body. It is common for that wire to break

I have 2 problems that may or may not be related. My passenger window does not work and my blower motor does not work. I replaced the window motor/reg. still nothing. Tried both the driver side and...

first, make sure you did not accidently activate the window lock out swithc on the door controls. The relay is behind the fuse box, 2 of them, silver cans.

the blower motor is likely the blower motor resister in the plenum case, 2 screws, 10mm. lay on passenger floor and look up. it's near the round motor housing toward fireall.

I had the heater and defroster on this morning. I stopped for gas and stopped the engine. When I started the car again the fan and defroster suddenly stopped and the heater, fan, nor defroster would come...

check the blower motor fuse, then you can turn truck on put the speed control to high. if fuse is blown replace fuse, if the speed control only works on high, the blower motor resistor needs replacing. It is on passenger side under glove box in close proximity to the blower motor. The fuse is under the hood on driver side. the cover should say fuses/relay on the top of cover, on most ford vehicles you will need to look in the owners manual for the position of the fuse.

Blower stopped working on my 2003 bonneville could it be a fuse and if so where is the fuse box

It could be a fuse. Fuses under the back seat.
Chances are that it's the blower itself. Pretty typical for our generation of Bonneville. I have a 2005 GXP and replaced the blower at about 75,000 miles. I can't remember the car before that I had to replace a blower... maybe 20 years ago?

Anyway, the blower is under the passenger dash.
Remove the panel under the passenger side dash; I recall two small screws.
There may be a couple wires to unplug from this panel.
The blower motor is located right above the passenger toes.
Unplug the three wire plug.
Remove a small rubber hose. It has one right angle bend. It's about the size and length of a big thumb.
Remove 3 small screws on the fan, and the fan comes out.

if only one window is not working forget the fuse idea, the problem is most lkely the window lift motor inside the door.

Position 5 on my 2002 montana heater control does not work.

I have put up with the same problem until I found a solution today. For me, I believe it was a two part solution:

First, there is a 30 amp fuse (?) located in the passenger side fuse box (next to the door). I believe the fuse was labeled something similar to "HVAC Blower High". Looking at the box, it was the fuse in the very bottom-left position. This is not what I would call a bus fuse so I couldn't tell by looking at it that the fuse was bad. I first tried switching this fuse for the electronic window fuse. I was able to lower the driver's side window so I thought the fuse was good. However, it was not until after I completed step two (below) that I realized that I could not lower the passenger side window from the driver side control. I switched the two fuses back and the window controls worked fine. So, I replaced the suspect fuse and the problem was resolved.

Second, I read online this morning that a bad blower resistor could cause this problem. I also read that the part was fairly easy to replace on this model so I thought it was worth a try. I bought a replacement at my local dealer for $49. To install, I removed the bottom panel from the passenger side (right under the glove box) by pulling down on the three panel "screws". With the panel down, the heater blower was exposed. I found the resistor located just behind the blower. I unplugged the resistor from the blower as well as the wire harness located immediatly on the resistor. I then removed the resistor by removing the three (3) 5/16" bolts. The entire operation took about 20 minutes from open to close. ....the majority of that time was spent trying to get my big fingers around the bolts.

All 5 positions now work. ....Now if I could just resolve the problem with the windows frosting.
