You need to get a new blower fan resistor aka final staging unit.  There are directions on how to do this yourself on the internet.  Just google final staging unit for bmw and the article should pull up.  Good luck

What would cause the vehicle to keep depleting batteries?

Sounds like you alternator might not be charging. If you can charge the battery and get the vehicle to a parts store, like an Oreilly's or Pep Boys, they will be able to test your charging system and determine your problem.

Steering wheel won't turn was making sounds at first and battery won't keep charged what is it?

If battery is not keeping a charge it is one of two things. Either the battery is bad and will no longer chemically hold a charge OR you have a circuit in the car that is depleting the battery after the key is removed from the ignition. Time to roll up sleeves and do some sleuthing.

My battery keeps going flat and I have noticed that one of my ECI/ECD fuse is missing could this be a potential cause?

A battery that keeps going dead can be caused by a number of things. The life expectancy of a battery is 5yrs. Anything over this in age can cause a problem. If the charging system is not performing properly, it can lead to battery depletion issues. The most likely cause is a parasitic draw which constantly pulls a small amount of amperage from the battery while the ignition is off. You will need to have a parasitic draw test performed to isolate the source of any draw

Battery keeps dying

Have you had the battery tested ?
If the battery is ok, you would need to check for a voltage drain in the van wiring by pulling fuses and checking for current flow with everything turned off.

Air conditioner most of the time blows hot air, espesially after car is hot. Also the RPM of the car dont go up when airconditioner on

keep all the doors of car open for 4/5 minutes before you start driving ,
this avoids hot air blown when ac started.

Also AC runs on battery & compressor takes heavy current while starting & running to ,this causes RPM to go down.
Also check with local automaker for battery capacity remaining.

Red light on battery jaguar xtype

A red battery symbol on your dash indicates that your charging system detected a failure. Your car might be running and working fine but its probably because your battery is in excellent condition and you are running everything from your battery. Unfortunately, your battery will deplete and cause your car to die even while driving so be very careful and have your local shop check your vehicle for a bad alternator or similar criteria. Try not to drive your vehicle at night or with the A/C on until the problem is corrected.

The car lost power and all the lights in the dash can on the turn singles would work what happend?

That sounds like an alternator problem. If your engine was running and all those things went out, it would mean a depleted battery, but you had enough of a charge to start the car. If an alternator stops recharging the battery, your battery can actually die while the car is running. To find out what the exact cause is, I'd suggest a shop that checks battery charging systems and batteries out (I think AutoZone does this for free still)
