Sounds like rubber seal is leaking, check the rubber seals along the side of the windshield and along the inner door. The seal can be easily replaced or patched with silicon sealeant.

Hope this helps

2005 v50 When it rains my car fills with water. It has happened on the driver and passenger side and under the seats. I saw water dripping from the glove box area.

Check all the seals around your windows and doors. Leaks could seep in through there drips at a time and fill the seats. also check the seals around your front windsheild.

The brakes on my volvo xc70 2005 are hard to push and dont have any assistance. It make a swish sound when I push the pedal. it does brae though but I have to push really hard! Might it be the master vac?

Sounds like you have lost vacume to the break booster, chk for a leak in the hose from engine to the booster, if no leak in hose than the booster is bad.

Ceiling leaking when it rain.

Good Day again,

You can purchase an entire new "weatherstripping" kit and replace the entire seal. You can get universal weatherstriping at most auto parts stores or you local Volvo dealer.
See this link for more info on that:

If you can clearly identify where the leak is coming from in the current seal you can purchase silicon sealant. The sealant is waterproof and works great. All autoparts stores carry this sealant. See this link for more info:

Hope this helps
