Question about 1988 Subaru GL-10
Somehow my teenage son popped the center rear view mirror out. It's the old style, held in by a clip inside the 3-screw plastic housing that's mounted above the windshield. How can I re-install this mirror? I've taken out the pieces and tried every solution I can think of -- no luck yet. Any suggestions?
If it goes directly attached to the windshield, you will have to remove a metal piece of metal from the mirror base. This will have to be glued with epoxy glue to the windshield holding it it with tape overnight. After this you can put the mirror back.
