Question about 2000 Hyundai Accent
Both the rear and noe the front pump washers have quit working. Where re they located? No blown fuses.
Try removing the plastic panel underneath/forward of the RH wheel arch, the washer bottle is there, remove the pump by pulling straight out of the bottle. There is a plug and two hoses connected to the pump. You will probably find the mesh filter is clogged, clean and try it. Some washer pumps have a valve on the side where the hoses connect, do not try to dismantle this,

Not a car expert by any means but I have had the same problem. If you start the washers and you don't hear anything then the pump has obviously gone
If like mine you start the washers and you can hear the pump then the pipes or some filter somewhere is clogged. I didn't have a clue how to get to the filter as it's encased in the chasis of the car. Instead I pulled the hose from the jets under the bonnet (it may seem as though you wont be able to get it back on but they push back on really easily honestly). I then blew hard down the hose back to the resevoir until the bubbles start spraying out of the washer resevoir intake. This seemed to clean the blockage out and when I tried the washer pump again water came streaming out once more, stronger than ever before! As long as water comes out you know the pump is now working fine, so reconnect the tube and jets will hopefully work again until whatever was blocking the tube gets stuck again. If it still doesn't work you know the water is getting to the jets but something is blocking it there. Stick a pin in them and wiggle about to hopefully loosen blockage enough that on next blast it will fire out again.
Hope this helps.
