Service engine light

-   my truck is a 2003 s-10 as well and is sluggish starting. If I turn the key forward and wait until the little buzz sound stops (maybe fuel injector) it does a lot better. When my wife gets in it and doesn't let the sound run it's course it cranks and cranks and never starts till she lets the fuel injector buzz.
also, the last few mornings i have noticed what seems to be a miss ever so often. truck jerks slightly like it had missed on a cylinder.

-   hello I have a 2001 gmc safari that is very hard to start when cold. when I finaly get it running and warmed up it idles low, runs rough and hesitates when accelerating. when it was running I noticed the check engine light on so I read the codes and got "p0300 and p0102. also when I was starting it cold it would fire a bit and backfire through the intake then I got it going and it was misfireing on one cylinder for about five minutes. it has had starting problems twice since I had it this year as its been below 0c when Im starting it.
