There is a recall on the igntion switch that could be causing some of the problems you describe. The repair is free from the dealer I would say have that done first then see if the problems get better.

If it works with the passenger side switch but not the drivers switch, I would look at the drivers switch for the problem.

1999 ford mustang gt, location of driver side window fuse

Both windows are fused from the same location. Most likely the window motor has gone out or a malfunction this the track mechanism. Check to make sure the window switch in the door handle is good first. Take the switch out, take the wires off the back of switch and jump the wires/connectors together. If window works, replace switch. If all you hear is motor hum or no sound from motor, motor is bad. Window motors usually start to slow down (window rolls up slowly) before they go out.

How to remove the drivers' side glass from the regulator- looks like rivets need to be drilled out, can't get to one. Bought a regulator/motor all-in-one assembly from American Muscle as replacement. Can't...

Check out what a replacement looks like at the ford dealer (compare)
You may have to do the rivets to remove, and again to put in a new or old working motor.
May be able to bolt back together
Check window height ,window down, before removal or use other side as a gauge of installed height

1989 ford mustang power window will not go down

check the pwer switch. if you don't detect any sign of live. then you have to open the door panel to check the motor. most likely the motor or the "T" rail cable is broken.

A/c not working

because it isn't frozen and the complete pulley hasn't stopped moving this leads me to believe that one of two things are wrong here.

1)the clutch may be done and need replacing
2)there may be a wiring issue or a bad switch
