2008 GMC Sierra-Truck Won't turn over after oil change light reset. I changed the oil, started the truck, then reset the oil life by pushing the gas to the floor 3 times.

First check the battery and its connections. Check the voltage at the fuse box (12 volts). If all that is ok then make sure the gear shift lever is in park. Wiggle it around a little then try N. Have someone turn the key to crank and hold it there while you hit the starter. Check for 12v at the large wire that goes to the starter. If there are 12 volts there then you may have a bad starter relay.

My Chrysler 300 won't start. Problem is not battery or fuses. Not getting 12 volts to 5 amp fuse (fuse is good) for control voltage to starter relay. Applied 12 volts to fuse socket with ignition s

PLease, check if the check engine light lit up when you turn the switch, if it doesn't lit up, your EMC (computer) is not getting any electricity. And that could be the reason that you the fuses are OK but it won't start.

1996 gmc Sierra- turn key and no noise under hood. New relay

WHAT RELAY? THE ONE IN THE UNDER HOOD FUSE BOX?...HOW DID YOU DETERMINE IT WAS BAD?...RELAYS IN MY VAST EXPERIENCE DO NOT FAIL OFTEN!
CHECK FOR 12 VOLTS AT HOT LEAD ON STARTER (THE LARGER WIRE USUALLY RED) GROUND BLACK LEAD TO STARTER BODY OR HOLD ON BOLT IF USING A TEST LIGHT OR MULTI- METER. IF NOT 12 V AT LEAST, YOU BACK UP ...TRACE WIRING, RIGHT BACK TO THE IGNITION SWITCH. BE SURE TO CHECK THAT ALL GROUND WIRES IN SERIES IS CLEAN AND TIGHT AS WELL. NO NOISE....MEANS NO STARTER ENERGIZATION!....FIRST PLACE TO CHECK!
***TRICK FOR YOU: TAP ON SIDE OF STarter body and car may crank over....it isCALLED "the magic hammer trick!

My 2000 gmc truck will not start. New starter,

I assume that you mean that the starter will not run. Do you hear the starter solenoid operate (click) when attempting to start? If so, using either a voltmeter or test light, look for 12 volt power at the battery side of the solenoid. If none or it disappears when the starter attempt is made, check the cables from the battery for badly corroded ends. Also, check the grounding cable running from the frame/body over to the engine block for damage. If you hear no click from the solenoid, look for power which should appear at the small terminal of the solenoid when starting. If you get power, replace the solenoid. If no power, then look for a blown fuse, bad relay, bad ignition switch, or any damaged wiring. Make sure the new battery is fully charged. Hope some of this helps!

1987 GMC sierra , no fuel pump power.

The inline fuel pump fuse on the passenger side firewall is good? Are you jumping it with 12 volts at the test lead or the fuse?
