Question about 1993 Ford Explorer Limited
1993 ford explorer - Was stolen & returned (without manual) - Ignition totally destroyed. mechanic installed togle switch & starter button wired through fuse panel. now windows, windshield wipers & side view mirrors don't work. What fuse governs these items?
I believe the fuse for your starter is in the power distribution box, 93 explorer 4.0L 4X4. find diagram for this in Chilton Ford Ranger/Explorer/Mountaineer 1991-1999 Repair Manual 26688 page 6-43 Fig.88 Be aware that there are (4) figures for the 93 4.0L explorer and each shows a different part of the same engine wiring. See top right 'power distribution box' follow lines to the part of your engine you are concerned with, which fuse number, then look inside your engine, passenger fender, push down on the protective ?wall then pull the cover up, see your diagram and fuse numbers. The diagram for inside fuse box, page 6-31 fig.63 I hope this helps
