Question about 1999 Chevrolet Lumina
Are both left and right turn signals not working? If only one side fails to work, the problem may simply be a blown (exterior turn signal) bulb.

First check the fuse, then the flasher. If it still doesn’t work you will check the relay. Finely and more difficult is the turn signal switch. This involves removing the steering wheel.
