Hi,
This is a SPECIALIST fix. Seek the advice of a QUALIFIED automotive airconditioner mechanic because if you get this even part way wrong, it's going to cost you plenty.

Your A/C system does NOT require any oil as say the motor, or power steering or such. I'd be interested to know what is behind your question, if you care to elaborate on your problem, I might be able to give you more to go on.

Regards

Paul

What does tec service bulletin GM 02-01-39-004B

it will be a special oil that is only sold by accredited ac specialist shops . If there has been no failure of the system other than a leak then there will be no need to put oil in the system. This is not a job for DIY's as as the quantity of oil has a maximum amount and too muck makes the system inoperative

Chevy oil filter stuck on

try a different type of oil filter wrench, the type that fits on the top of the oil filter, like a wrench that fits on a nut. Be sure the filter is really clean too, any oil on it can make the wrench slip. When you put it back on put a but of oil around the seal so it doesn't get stuck again.

I put the wrong type of oil in the engine and the result was gray smoke out of the exhaust. i have changed to what it should have been and still have the smoke . what could be causing the smoke?

Depends on what oil you used (wrong oil) , and how long you drive on it.
If it was viscosity mistake . lets say you put 10-30 instead 5-30 , then it won't really hurt.
But if you put trany or some kind of hyddraulic fluid in there , then it's an issue.
If oil was too thin , then it may just go through the seals and rings and collect in cat and exhaust system and it's just afterburn.
It also may ruin something. The only things that prevent oil in the exhaust system is - turbo seals , piston rings and valve steam seals.
If smoke will not stop after a short trip (3-7 miles)
the vehicle has to be checked by a workshop.

I just replaced the comp, the dryer and the orfice tube in my 2005 dodge ram 2500 with the 5.9L diesel, what oil and how much do i put in my ac system?

Tip the drier upside down and allow some of the oil trapped in the drier to drip into a small container. Smell the oil. If it smells like fruit then it is an Ester based oil. Look at the label on the compressor as the type of oil used in the compressor should be listed on this label and NEVER use a different type of oil then the one listed as the oils are NOT mixable. The amount of oil is depndent upon the size of the system and the amount the compressor has been initially filled with. Check with the vehicle manufacturer or a local Air Con service centre as they will be able to advise regarding amount. If you add the oil yourself, remember that all the synthetic oils used with modern refrigerants is a health hazard and can cause dematitis and severe skin irritations. Certain types of oils are also known to be carcinogenic so wear gloves and face protection. Remember that too much oil is worse then not enough as overcharging the oil can cause flooding in the condenser and reduces the ability of the condenser to allow the transfer of stored heat out to the surrounding air..

Oil in coolant.had head gasket done.but the problems still ther

either you havent flushed the cooling system out properly ,or the oil cooler has packed up ,their is a oil cooler radiator of sorts that the oil filter screws onto ,these often leak ,just remove the water pipes and join them together with a small piece of copper pipe ,then if you see oil coming out of the water pipes fit a new cooler

My rear oil seal went out

The rear of the oil pan can in some cases leak into the bellhousing area, be picked up by the flexplate and thrown around. Also, make sure that your pcv system is working and that you are not building pressure in the crankcase. If you are building pressure, it can force the rear main oil seal to leak.
good luck

Can i drain the transmission fluid on a 05 suzuki forenza my self?

yes. HOWEVER, whe you refill it. make sure that you put in the correct type of oil. refer to your owner manual prior to putting in any old automatice trranny fluid as some tranny's require a sopecial type of oil, put in the wrong one and you fry your transmission. If its a standard, put in the correct weight of gear oil. Not trying to scare you, but i want to make sure that your REFER TO YOUR OWNERS MANUAL for the correct type of oil to put in after you drain it.

good luck.
