If your distributor is not set correctly (+/- 2) it will also place drag on the vehicle starting. In addition, your service light will remain on with error function P1345.

Your starter solenoid is stuck. If you have electrical power to the rest of your car. That is most likely your problem. The solution would be to replace your starter. You can take your solenoid off and just replace it.
