Question about 1991 Toyota Celica
I have a 1991 toy celica ST, when i turn the car off, the keys will not come out of the ignition unless i diconnect the fuse or battery then it will release just fine. What is causing this?
Check the soleniod in the shift lever lock-or the cheap way out is to remove the little square cover directly above the shifter, then push down inside the hole with a small screwdriver. This will bypass the shift lock mechanisim.
