Most car breakers yards will have one, mirror included,an extra couple of quid and they will fit it for you. A lot cheaper than going to a dealer.

You have to remove the inside door panel

Remove the mirror

Buy a new one at dealer

My driver side mirror is knocked out by someone. The problem is that it has been broken by the holder supporting the whole case and the mirror. It is hanging by wires so can you please tell me how to...

you will have to buy a new one or get a used one from a wrecking yard. They are sold online. If the old one is painted to match the car, you will also need to get the new one painted. :o(

yes you need to remove the door panel, but you can just let it hang no need unhooking any wires, there is only two nuts holding the mirror fast.

Car needs jumper cables to get started

It could be all coincidence with the mirror, however if it was an electric mirror, could be causing a short, in which I would say to tape the ends of the wires as to stop there being any contact. Now, as for the battery, it may be holding charge, however it may still have a failing cell, preventing it from powering up under the initial starting load. Check the battery with a voltmeter, if its over 12 volts, it is fine. If under, consider replacement. Also I had a similar issue once with a lancer. Turned out it was a coroded core in the earth wire. Id say start with the cheapest fix, try the power and earth wires replacement, check the voltage of the battery, and the problem should be fixed. If nothing appears to be still causing the problem and it persists (the wires will be hard to tell unless you simply replace with new ones), you might need to get your starter reconditioned, might be draining more power than can be supplied. An overhall would fix this, but is pricely.
