Check for short using  a light tester, to use the tester disconnect neg terminal and connect the light tester to battery and the neg clamp. if the light lights up you have a short. to find short pull one fuse at a time  until the light goes out and there is your short. if it is your control timer unit replace by, removing the interior fuse box and removing the control timer unit a black unit with 32 pins. and replace.

Check the starter

I had the same problem. Most likely something is draining the battery causing it to click or die when not in use. I eventually found out that it was the radio, by checking all the fuses.

Runs eratic........won`t go .....engine makeing noise

Have you checked the timing belt yet ??
Depending on which engine you have, it may be an interference engine, which could damage the valves if the belt breaks while the engine is running or starting.

if the battery is ok there could be one of two problems have you tried the spare key? it may be a problem with the immobiliser look at the red light near the time clock it should go out when atempting to start. second try tow starting or bump starting you may have a faulty starter motor do not try this to often or you could damage the cat. do you get any noises when trying to start such as a clicking ? this would indercate faulty solinode on starter hope this helps
