A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: no turn signals............
If you look under the dash on the left hand side you will see the fuse area, behind this you should see a large ( about 1 - 2 inch) black square block. These usually sell for about 10 - 15 dollars each at the local auto stores. This is a link to a picture of them. Carry this into your local parts store and put in the new one and you should be good to go.
Please let me know if I can offer further assistance! I hope you found my answer helpful - if you need clarification please just ask me!

I have the same problem right now. When it is 70+ degrees outside my car's windows will not roll down, the AC stops working, and the turn signals will not work. I've been digging into it and it is more than likely a relay.
I'm looking for a service manual with electronic troubleshooting manual online. If you search for it you can find it in a .pdf form. By using the ETM and a multimeter (cheap to buy at SEARS) then you should be able to get your problem out of the way.
