I am not sure what you mean by a wet plug. If oil has fallen into the plug cavity simply remove the plug rubber boot (gently twist it off or you can break the connector under the rubber cap) and using an absorbant rag or towel to soak up the oil. Any oil residue film left will not affect the car- you may get some smoke from the oil burning off the hot plug.

2003 nissan altima has water on spark plugs

look for a crack in the cylinder head or a blown head gasket. If the gasket is bad then have the head ground flat at a machine shop before replacing the gasket.

Going through alot of oil and antifreeze.... have oil where my spark plug is

The engine can burn alot of coolant before you see any smoke.
And having a cooling leak in the engine could cause it to run hot at times.
If you are adding coolant every week and don't see any leaks, the engine has to be burning it. Most of the time it is a blown head gasket and cracked head or block.

I have prolems with a 1998 Nissan Altima head gasket. What should I do?

Have it replaced, there is no way out. Making sure you send the head to the machine shop for facing, also make sure there are no cracks in the head with pressure testing.

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima 3.5L SE Engine that overheated while on a trip. The overheating affected some few components in the engine and they where replaced. However, the car refused to start.

Were the parts installed correctly? All wiring harnesses plugged back in? Did the Nissan quit running before parts were replaced? The overheating may have blown a head gasket.

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5L that is leaking oil into the spark plug tubes; can these seals be replaced or does the valve cover have to be replaced?

Yes, you need a Rocker cover (valve cover) Gasket kit. Remove the valve cover, remove all old O-rings and cover gasket, clean grooves and mating surfaces without gouging or scratching them, put the new gaskets on as per factory recommendations, tighten to the proper torque and you're done. The spark plug holes in the cover are part of the valve cover gasket kit. Any Napa, Car Quest, Pep Boys, Auto Zone will have it.
