Probably fixed by now but for anyone else, Unless motor has failed, the motor can be "jumped" at the connector (inside door, at the motor itself) with a hot lead to battery, and can be made to go back up 'till a proper repair can be made!

Tip

How to raise a car door electric window when it is stuck down

Frequently when an older car's electric window stops working the problem is a symptom of a faulty switch or failing motor. Follow this tip to temporarily resume the operation of your electric window if the window has an "auto" feature that rolls the window all the way up or all the way down by holding the button.

Step 1. Locate a rubber mallet or heavy soft object that will not scratch or break an item when you use it.
Step 2. Turn the car to on position so that all accessories are working including the other windows. Hold the button in the up position (if window is stuck down) or in the down position (if window is stuck in up position).
Step 3. In the center of the inside door panel with the door open, strike the door rapidly two or three times as if you were pounding your fist on a table.

If the window starts moving, it will likely continue to work for some time and this tip can be repeated until a permanent repair is required.

None of my electric windows work, they are all stuck open and will not go up

Are you sure the window lock switch is in the "operating" position. The drivers window problem is usually a broken wire or a worn out window motor but the other windows can be made non-operational if the window lock switch is in the wrong position...if it is set correctly it may be the Body control module (in the dash behind the radio).

On my 2001 kia sportage the back two windows won't go down and the right front window is stuck halfway up

make sure power windows lock out switch on driver side not on position, that will cause power windows not work or you have faulty power window relay.

You might go ahead and drill out the rivets and should let the window move and slide the regulator out

The key on my 1999 volkswagen beetle is stuck in the door lock. As the key was held in the unlock position both windows were rolled down. No amount of jiggling or turning and twisting can get the key out....

dont know if you recd my previous so again...unlock/hold over windows go down,lock/hold over windows go up/sunroof closes.(alarm/immobiliser resets)....key stuck in lock, pull hard when upright, moving the key up/down when pulling, should do it.also bootlid lock two positions, turn left, then release or turn right and release, see what happens......(boot isolation from the central locking)

try resettinng the window. do this, by putting the ignition on and putting the window down and holding the button down for ten seconds when the window is fully down. then putt the window up and hold the button for ten seconds again.
repeat this with the engine running.

Windows stuck in Down Position

You may have a master switch that locks out the buttons check that first. You said that you have power going to each switch, but when pressed does it power the other side of the switch? If it does then check the wire at the window motor to see if the power is getting to that point. If it is check to make sure the motor is well grounded. If it is and the motor still will not work you will need to replace the motor.
