Sounds like this shop is trying to take advantage of you because you're a female and unlikely to be knowledgeable about cars. If you have a male relative. friend, significant other, co-worker, etc. , ask him to take your car to this shop and ask the service advisor about the condition of the tires. I'd bet a week's pay that he gets a different story (of course, I'm now retired so I don't get paid weekly LOL). It's a cruel and all to common practice. If you can't enlist any help, take your car to a different shop and have them check it out. I think you're being swindled..
Here's my suggestion for the solution to your problem. Jason is NOT your friend and you are asking for trouble in your own life if you answer him. Either wise up and get on with your life or (if you must) be an IDIOT and answer him. If you answer him you may just deserve what you will get. I've been married 49 years so I've had a little experience. Good luck
you can ask questions here without paying and people like me try to help answer your questions for no charge. i have helped many people on here for just my advice.

take back to dealer. you paid for a solution not a guess. demand they fix it because they should have done it right the first time. remember you paid to have it fixed not have parts changed on it at your expense for no reason.
