Question about 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
Can someone please tell me why and how to fix this issue. one day the top is working fine and the next day when i tried to put it down it says visit workshop. How do i fix this?
I had the same problem in me 2004 cdi e270. Check the voltage going to the battery when the car engine is on. Stedy charge of 12v should be going in to the battery, if the voltage is volitale say between 11v to 14v then it your Regulator (which is attached to the backend of the alternator). You need to change alternator and then unplug all the batteries over night and re plug them back again. The problem should go away.
