With a test light, make sure if the pump is getting power. If so, the squirter pump is bad, if not, you would have to trace the wires looking for breaks. There is no seperate fuse for the squirter, so if the wipers work, most likely its a pump or wire problem. Don't know if you have a test light, if not you need one to test it.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS
It
can be faulty wiper motor or blown wiper control fuse.
Do
you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function. If yes then
fuse is ok, but issue is wiper motor.
If
no movement at all and no noise then its blown fuse or shorted/loose wiper
control wiring: -----
