Lose of power

If you don't get an engine code or do not have a way to check the engine codes then replace plugs first (that's the cheapest way). They are also know for having coils go bad at around 200,000 miles.

When starting the starter just clicks. Replace just the starter or also try the starter relay?

"Clicking" means that the battery terminals need to be cleaned.
Remove both batteyr cables and clean the cable clamps and battery posts. You will probably not need a boost to start.
Also check the negative cablle where it connects to the engine ground. The cable may be loose, damaged, corroded or otherwise not making a good ground connection.
