If you have the V10 or hemi you should take it to a shop that way they are reliable for anything broken if you have the diesel cummins same thing. but if you really want to tackle it go to the public library and copy the directions from the chiltons manual. this will give you step by step directions to remove and reinstall thanks james

Oil pump


remove oil pan from engine..oil pump is bolted to rear main bearing cap of engine..pickup tube may be plugged if you're having an oil pressure issue

No heat


You probably just need to backflush your heater core. You can use a hose to flush it back and then forward. You'll be surprised at how much sludge and gunk will come out.
