Question about 2003 Mitsubishi Galant
I had the same problem, same window and it was the wire that connects to the motor that pulls the window up and down. It snapped. $500 to get it fixed. Damn imports! Find someone who knows how to fix it.

I had the same problem with the driver's side front and rear windows. Had to replace the motor assemblies.

If you can remove the window, the regulator, and motor. You can buy the regulator for $160-190 and the motor for $100 (could be less with core exchange). I just replaced my motor. The regulator is very difficult to install on new motor. Try to get the whole assembly already put together.
