Question about 1995 Chevrolet Camaro
Note: i only have 130k on my car. i was driving and i was about to pass this car in front of me..and i was just oging around them and i had to push the petal down & it was about to "kick in" when it made a loud popping noise.
and started shaking pretty bad...i could still drive but i didn't want to with it shaking like that. So i pulled over and it was still shaking...i turned it off and popped my hood..my boyfriend checked my oil and it was fine and didn't smell burnt. I did need an oil change but i wasn't that many miles overdue. so he told me to try to start it again and it just clicked.
everyone says my engines locked up but my friend could turn the belt. so i dont know
but if it is how much would an engine cost?
thank you SOOO much. because i really love my car.
& if i get it fixed do you think it will continue to have problems in the future? because i know nothing about cars and if camaros are known for problems then i don't want one.
Hers the thing camaros are known for some p[roblems you really have to baby them as far as parts and lubrications are concerend however they are a powerouse on wheels...if the car would not start back up and only clicked but didnt actually turn over then yes the flywheel is locked up. but if keep tryingf to start it you will blow the bendix in yer starter...what is the current stais of it now?
