One Month old mx5 2007 20cc, squueking brakes and slight ratling noise on right front wheel when entering a hole.

Squeeking brakes when driven for half an hour and rattling noise when entering a medium sized pot hole from right front wheel. I would appreciate if someone could solve this problem before me taking it to my local agent. Thank You Herbert

There is a funny squeeking noise on my back wheel

If it's a chirping noise, it could be a brake wear indicator. Pull the wheel off and check the brake pads and rotor for wear.

Its possible the brake pads have worn down again, if they are and , obviously , you need to change them. Pay attention to the brake caliper pistons, check that they are not sticking or seized and also the caliper slider. Free off these parts. Hope that helps

You probally have a bad front wheel bearing , when the noise changes when you move the wheel is typical of a bad bearing.this should be covered under your powertrain warr.

Brakes makin nosie

Sounds like a wheel hub assembly is bad without seeing it. Alot of GM vehicles have the ABS wheel speed sensors built into the hub assemblies. Should be able to narrow the noise down by driving the car slightly turn left and right noise should change from loud to soft when turning the wheel. ( if you turn left and noise gets louder hub on right front is noisey.Opposite will occur if left side is bad)

Loud sqoeeking noise when turning front wheels

is it a squeeking or a squeeling....

If it is a squeeking noise, take the car to have every thing on the front suspention lubed up, is possible it is dried out.

If it is a squeeling noise, then that means you need a new drive belt.
