This sounds like its outta time .. But i have replaced the Dis and cap and rotor .. I also reset the timing to TDS .. Still under cranking it sounds like the timing is bad ..
Could the little copper seal be broken again inside the Dist.
Last time that had happened i sent her to the dealer to get fixed years ago . i had Oil all over the place is why ..
But once again i was driveing and she just turned off . Tryed to start and and it sounded out of time . Now this is what im thinking . It could be off time by like maybe 1 click .... Would that cause my head ack ?
Is there anything else that you may think it could be .
Note .. I have not check for spark .
I did notice that there was Oil in the spaek plug conals ... all 4 .. I belive that my have been from the Oil pan gasket fittings may have not set when i installed the new one ... Im pulling my hair out one by one here

not much info why did u replace fuel pump is it turning over if so pull the dis cap turn over the car and see if the rotor turns if not its the timing belt if it does turn check for power at the distributor if no power check the main relay other than that give me more info good luck
Reset the timing: Pull the number one spark plug out and bump the engine over with the starter, and your finger over the plug hole. AS soon as you feel pressure building on your finger, stop and turn the crank on around until the timing scale is at 0 degrees. Now number one cylinder will be at top dead center of the compression stroke. The rotor will be pointing at the number one spark plug tower on the cap. Now as the rotor turns with the engine being cranked over, the firing order will be from one tower to the next around the cap. I don't know your firing order for that v-6, but the plug wires should be arranged in order around the dist. cap. Check if they are right, following the rotor direction around the cap.
DO A SMALL TUNE UP REPLACE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES, REPLACE DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR, REPLACE FUEL FILTER AND AIR FILTER. IF YOU ARE GETTING FUEL AND SPARK. EITHER IGNITION OFF OR VALVE TIMING OFF YOU VECHICLE HAS A TIMING BELT AND TENSIONER IF TIMING BELT SLIP TIMING IT WILL THROW OFF VALVE TIMING MAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO START CAR.
MAKE SURE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES IN GOOD CONDITION, REPLACE DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR,CHECK FOR SPARK AT SPARK PLUGS,IF YOU DONT SEE SPARK CHECK TO SEE IF POWER GOING TO COIL IF NOT CHECK IGNITION FUSE.IF FUSE OKAY AND POWER GOING TO IGNITION COIL,COIL FAULTY OR IGNITER UNIT FAULTY. CHECK FOR FUEL PRESSURE MAKE SURE FUEL FILTER BEEN CHANGED.FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE 40 PSI. IF YOU GETTING SPARK AND FUEL. YOUR IGNITION TIMING OFF OR VALVE TIMING OFF DUE TO A WORN TIMING BELT.
sounds like its the wrong roter, and didnt go on in the right position, which throughs the timing off, replace the rotor again and make sure its the right cap also!!
and it may have cracked that cap you should replace it too!!!
