You didn't say if the window doesn't work with both the switch at the drivers door and at the rear door. If it works at one and not at the other, then that switch is bad.
The windows all use the same fuse. Most likely the motor has froze up from corrosion, or the wire to it is broken. The wiring goes into the door by the hinges in a rubber convoluted hose, and it bends back and forth each time the door is opened and shut.

You also have Circuit Breakers for your windows, Or your Master Switch ,You can Test the Driver Control Switch or the rear switches by removing the Switches and using the connector Plug and a Jump wire try jumping accross the wires,if they go up or down you could have a Bad Switch,if nothing moves more than likely your Window Motor is bad. BUT first CHECK your Circuit Breakers ,It could be Labeled as accessery Relay or circuit Breaker.

1996 Toyota Camry DX .. The rear and passenger side windows don't work. It's obviously not the fuse, since the fuse is for every window.. Its not a motor, since that would be three motors blown at one...

Well seems you are on the right track, a common element but not the fuse. I would take the master window switch and the rear window disabling switch out and see if you cannot disassemble them to check for a breakdown in the conducting metal strips or the connector plugs. Some of them can be taken apart and the "points" cleaned with emery boards and erasers. Tough to find a new part for a car that old.

Two of my windows do not work. how do i fix it?

depends if its the master window switch next to the driver side door or passenger or rear doors. these are available in the market . you might need to check the window motor individually also. also the fuses

Divers window won't roll up my Camry

No won't be fuse. My guess is there is something faulty with the main controller. You could probably verify this by trying the switch on right rear passenger door. If it works there then the problem is at the main controller in the driver door. Could be a loose wire or the switch itself is broken.

Try pushing the little square button above the power windows. That button locks all passenger windows.
