How much transaxle fuid in the manual transmission of a 2001 Maxima?

Approximately 2.5 quarts of Nissan Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) HQ Multi 75W-85 oil (P/N 999MP-MTF00P) is required.

Check out this link for more info on changing the fluid and fluid options: http://www.greghome.com/Greg's%2...axSE/MT-90.htm

Hope this helps, Randy

2003 Nissan Maxima reving noise

no, its not the transmisshion,,,, its the cluch release bearing worn out,
every time you press on the cluch it screems or chaters, yes?
you just need to fit a new cluch, as its realy not worth the effort in just replacing the bearing only to have the rest of the cluch go in 6 months
that would be mad ness and pricy
